Despite being a multi-functional zone, the layout feels open, fluid, and visually balanced. The design language revolves around clean lines, natural materials, and tonal harmony. The walls feature a refined combination of travertine marble dado and fluted natural wood cladding, adding depth, warmth, and a rich tactile quality to the space.

• The main door becomes a statement piece, crafted to set the tone for the home’s sophisticated aesthetic.
• A composition of circular travertine plates forms a sculptural highlight wall in the hall, anchoring the space with elegance and artistic flair.
• A long passage leading to the bedrooms is accentuated with textile cross-stitch artwork, adding delicate color and a handcrafted charm that complements the otherwise neutral palette.
Lighting That Defines the Space
One of the standout design elements is the thoughtful use of lighting:
• Three custom chandeliers, for the formal living, dining, and informal seating, are each placed within a circular cutout in the false ceiling.
• All three fixtures remain visible in a single axis, creating a striking visual corridor that enhances the length of the hall and makes the entire area feel more expansive.
Ambient cove lighting and soft accent fixtures further enhance the minimal aesthetic while keeping the environment warm and inviting.
Bedroom Design: Subtle Yet Distinct
Each bedroom maintains the project’s larger minimal and beige theme but introduces unique panelling materials, customized veneers, and carefully curated fabrics to give every space its own personality. A play of light wood tones, soft upholstery, muted pastels, and tasteful pops of color through furniture ensures a soothing yet character-rich environment.
